An Aversion To One’s Gender and Gender Inequality: A Japanese Case in Self Psychological Treatment
About the Program:
This third installment of our International Conference Series features a case presentation by Makiko Kasai, Ph.D followed by commentary responses from three discussants – Tessa Philips Ph.D (Australia), Hao Chung Hsu MD (Taiwan), and Qu Li MA (China). The presentations will then become the subject of live interactive discussions in small breakout groups and amongst the larger audience.
Sunday, January 31st / Saturday, January 30th
Before moving to small breakout groups, conference attendees will be able to send in questions via the zoom platform which will be presented by the moderators to provoke reflection and conversation during the breakout groups.
The final component of the conference will bring all of the attendees and conference faculty together for discussions stemming from the breakout groups as well as Q&A submissions from the audience. The full conference including breaks will be approximately 6 hours in duration.
