The Japan Association for Psychoanalytic Self Psychology (JAPSP), which was founded in April 2010 and incorporated in February 2013, in Kobe, Japan, is a professional organization for mental health workers and professionals who are interested in self psychology and other contemporary psychoanalytic theories. We are devoted to the study and research of self psychological theories and clinical approaches, and to the education of skilled and resourceful psychoanalytic psychotherapist. We retain a community group. We also arrange regular psychoanalytic seminars that are open to all mental health professionals.
